A brand new Target, sporting a Starbucks bar near the entrance opened its doors to customers in August 2020. Target, in the Prospector’s Plaza on Missouri Flat Road, took over the old Kmart store and went through extensive renovations. The shopping center was sold to Gryphon Capital and Rich Development last June for an estimated $24 million.
Shoppers can expect store elements such as a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks store, apparel, home decor, groceries and fresh produce. The employs about 120 people, according to the company.
